There are a few new story elements to be found there:- Lattice of Heaven that was destroyed during the Dawn War and Erathis wants to restore- Introducing the Quom (I presume only to 4E, but I am not familiar with them), a once peaceful race whose god was destroyed, so they try to restore him now - requiring violence.- Exalted, restored mortals that are only immortal in the Dominion of their god, but still sometimes sent out as agents for their god.- Outsiders, restored mortals that no longer can enter their Dominion after events during the Dawn War.- There is also some stuff about Maruts and Couatl, two of the 4 major races in the Astral Sea (aside from Quom and Gythanki)There are also a few interesting campaign themes: - Exploring the Infinite Sea - it discusses making exploration the primary goal of the game. That sounds interesting.- Overcoming Heaven's flaws - Restore the Lattice of Heaven, or get the outsiders back into their Dominions- Adventure into Myth - change the world for a better place or make things worse if you fail.
