Basically it's a plane of light.  They will be going their to free the Demi God of Shadow from her prison.  However, like all planes there needs to be a sense of wonder and amazement by the things and places there.  I'm going to have color that can be forged on the plane.  Efreets are going to have a place were they do this, though the denizens of the Plane try to stop them.  I'm not too sure what properties the colors will have yet.  I was thinking of doing something similiar with liquid colors.  Basically have rivers of colors that flow through the plane.  From the Inner Planes books there is the Kindom of the Blind, the REfuge of Color, and the Heart of Light.  THe Kindom of the Blind is the only really friendly place.  It's inside a great crystal so that it's actually livible.  The Refuge of Color is an island of solid colors and that's were the closest thing to rulers (King Black and Queen White) reside.  THe Heart of Light is made from the color blue.  It's a place of mystery and great healing abilities.  Has anyone else done anything with this plane?  Any ideas on how to expand any of these ideas or some orginal ones of your own?</blockquote>
