No, sir. It's not. I'm in no relationship with this company. However I own a copy for some time now. And liked some of the ideas which I now find in the 5E playtest
Peryton is a nice d20 game from 2009.
It contains rules for

* advantage/disadvantage (however a flat +2/-2 bonus instead of two dice)
* a loose skill system
* ability-based saving throws/skill mechanics

What it doesn't has is
* hitpoint/damage progression per level

This can be easily fixed.

You know this is a rule in 3E, right? Favourable conditions give +2, unfavourable -2.

And modifiers are quite different, mechanically, from the multiple die roll mechanic of advantage/disadvantage.
