Sometimes, it just takes a *bump* from an interested party to kick them back into life.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">If you see a game that looks interesting, but is not recruiting, drop in and say <em>Hi!</em> anyway. Mention your interest in joining. Sometimes an opportunity comes up down the line. Sometimes the games have lost a player and are carrying abandoned shells (which is a bit of a pain in the arse). Offering to ghost hack an abandoned shell can get you into a game until an opportunity comes up to bring in a character of your own. I have done this quite a few times, I quite like playing characters that were created by someone who is not me.
