Message: <blockquote data-quote="NewJeffCT" data-source="post: 1049809" data-attributes="member: 10784">Well, I do not think I can top anybody here, and nobody drinks alcohol at the table… but, we had one guy join our group about 5 years ago back in 2E days and it was a pretty humorous story.  We had a large group, but were always looking for another good player.  We got contacted via email by a guy whose name begins with I. - I will call him ImanWell, the first character Iman proposes he play in game is a kender paladin/thief based on the Batman.  Never mind that it was Kalamar, where no kender exist, and it was 2E and paladins could not multi-class if you went by the book.  The DM nixed that idea, as well as his idea of a lesbian swanmay ranger.  So, Iman settled for a human male paladin.  Oddly enough, this paladin’s name was Bwayne – As in B(ruce). Wayne.  Well, in the first session, which was Saturday daytime, he worked out okay and did not do anything too strange in game, other than his name and initial character ideas.However, some of the guys stay on to play other games at night.  It was some sort of dark future type game.  Maybe Shadowrun?  But, his character proposal for this game was a former porn star/prostitute with “really large breasts” who broke out of prison by using her massive cleavage to lure/distract the guards.  To top it off, we had the rare female gamer in the group at the time (with her long time boyfriend)... and this guy stared at her so hard/intensely at the table that it made her uncomfortable.  And, for this woman to complain, it would have taken a lot.Needless to say, he did not last in our group.The funny part was that a few months later, somebody else contacted us about joining the group.  They said that they had recently moved in to the area and were having some trouble finding good gamers to join their group, and the guy specifically mentioned this strange fellow who wanted to play a kender paladin/thief based on the Batman...</blockquote>
