If the party absolutely needs someone to play the role of a healer than the character who wants to play that role should build a character to do it.  If no one wants to play that role then we will have to get buy without it.I don't use Bless a whole lot either, although I use it a lot more than healing.I certainly don't play every man for himself and I am big on teamwork, but others should not define my role.I am not suggesting that I should not contribute and even do that effectively, but others should not define what that role is.</blockquote>
