I did a review for Empire of Satanis (website is CultofCthulhu.net)

They appear to be published through Lulu, Inc.

Lulu's not the publisher, just a retailer like RPGNow. They sell a lot of POD stuff. Does the book have info inside on who the actual publisher is, or is it just self-published by the author?

Its just self-published. I figured that Lulu was not the actual publisher but it was as close as I could find.

There is absolutely no inside flap information.
