Can this guy actually make celestial armor? One part of me says yes, because there is nothing making reference to a minimum caster level. The other side says that it’s +3 armor, so you have to be level 12 to make it. But, the average caster level listed is only 5! So, what’s up, opinions ??Thanks guys for the help making this guy. I really like the idea that he has armor under his robe, but nobody can see it. He’s going to pretend that he never wears armor.
