Please, not landscape-only for Magic Merchants 1: House of the Transformed Toad

I read the review for this product Magic Merchants 1: House of the Transformed Toad from ENWorld's 10-20-05 front page. I liked the product based on the reviews and went to publishers' website which led me to the RPGNow, where in I previewed the demo pages - ugh! Sorry but I have bought plenty of PDFs and the one type I absolutely dislike and will not purchase are the landscape formatted types.

I always print out PDFs and insert them into my campaign binder. This product from the review sounds great and would like to add it to my campaign, but having to spin around the binder behind the DM screen (with limited table-space) is a real inconvenience and for some reason I dislike reading landscape columned text.

Anyway please include a portrait formatted version in your product's PDF package and note it in the product description that the product is available in landscape and (printer friendly) portrait format - who knows it might increase your sales.

Short Answer: A portrait version should be available sometime between Mid-November and the end of December.

Long Answer: Transformed Toad was CGW's first product, put out when I was still trying to work out the best way to layout a product, and that shows rather obviously in the presentation of the PDF.

You'll notice that we've adopted the Portrait layout as standard for all our newer PDF's, and I've been meaning to revamp the older products for a couple of weeks now. Unfortuantely, with limited time and resources, getting the new products finished often takes precendence over revisiting the older ones.

I have a couple of months off from my day Job between December and February, so I've set aside a large portion of that time to revisit the older CGW products and redo their layouts.

Aparently when I said the update would come through in "Mid-November", I actually meant later this afternoon. I had a few spare hours between getting products ready to upload to the new Enworld store, so I took the time to transfer the Transformed Toad to portrait layout.

I have tried to buy it but EN World gameshop seems to have issues. Sent an email to see if they can resolve the purchasing errors I keep getting.
