Compare it to the Phoenix Belt.  The Belt is limited to fast healing/1, has some (Easy to get around) limitations, and it's a Waist bind, meaning the earliest a Totemist can have it is level 14.  Your version is available at level 2, and will essentially give an easy method to get Fast Healing/2 at early levels. Considering how many totemist builds seem to use the feat that increases capacity, that's Fast Healing/3 at low level.  As is, it's on par with the Heart Binds IMO or maybe even the VERY rare Soul Bind.The Combat Reflexes WITH bonus seems a bit strong for a brow bind too. The few Level 9 Binds that give bonus feats give JUST the feats. I'd say limit it to just Combat reflexes, or make it an 'emulative' ability granting an extra AOO equal to the invested essentia.</blockquote>
