ok so a group of 6 people have athered in Atlantas Sundial (a spinning restaraunt) on December 31st of 98.
A fundraiser is being held there by one Sarah Darling for the homeless (and its her 34th birthday). A killer is going to enter and blow away the entire party (save the Investigators).
Each one of the Investigators is tied to the party someway, some how.
Now i have this plot that when they examine the killer, he has a tattoo of a tarot card (The Fool) engraved or carved into his back. (Hes 21). This will lead them to the plot involving 2 PCs who know him, a girl named Lily and a guy named Drew (lily and Drew were at the party) and this small cult (See Here) .
If the examine Sarahs background, they will find out she was adopted and her adopted parents helped the homeless but sometimes they went missing (no one ever checks the homeless if they dissappear). It is later revealed (how?) that 1) Sarah has a younger brother (one of the PCs whose father is dead but had her before he was married) and 2) Her adopted parents worshipped Glaaki for imortality and sacraficed Homeless to him for them to be his slaves.
The killer was there at the party actually for Lily (who missed him barely) because she knows too much about the cult (See Here) and refuses to help them with their plannings of the Destiny Configuration and Shogguth.
The cult originally worshipped Nyrlatohep but since i havent introduced them, im going to say its Yog Sothoth (Time) and the sacrafices are that of the Tarot Cards engraved or carved into the victims back.
