PlotStorming.com Improvements PlotStorming.com has grown in the past couple weeks (primarily thanks to Martin's post at TreasureTables.org), and we've added a few new features that I thought the creative people here at EN World may be interested in! First, PlotStorming.com now offers a Synergy package. If you are part of a group with an ongoing project (short story compilation, world building project, magazine, RPG monster book, campaign, etc) you can have a free home at PlotStorming.com. The Synergy package (currently) offers: Community - A project board and as many child boards as you desire Visibility - Project news and updates can be posted to the PlotStorming.com homepage Bringing your project to PlotStorming.com allows you to draw on a constantly growing community of highly creative individuals (if you want your work to be public, otherwise we can arrange for only your group to be able to see and access your boards). And creating a home at PlotStorming.com also brings added exposure to your project -- from the forum as well as the news available on the main page. Second, PlotStorming.com has begun posting daily Creative Writing Prompts. The best thing for a writer to do is write -- it exercises your creative muscle. But sometimes you need some inspiration, and PlotStorming.com is trying to help. If you're having a hard time trying to write write, the prompt is there -- filled with imagery and emotion -- to serve as a catalyst. If the prompt works and you feel inspired -- the community would love to see what you produce. A goal for the exercise is 300-500 words, simple right? Finally, we have a new logo. I know it doesn't do much for the individual, but I'm really happy about it! If you're interested, the community at PlotStorming.com would love to meet you!
