"Pocket Dragon"

Anyone know where I could find the D&D(3E would be nice, but any other edition would work too...I can convert it myself) stats for a critter called a "Pocket Dragon"?

How do ideas like this come to your mind :) ?

But than OTOH why not use the stats for a pseudodragon and change the SA/SQ-Things a bit?

I have the Pocket Dragon! It's in my Creature Catalogue!

The pocket dragon is a 3-foot long lizard that resembles a small green dragon. It is usually found resting on a small pile of treasure and other shiny objects. It is lazy and peaceful by nature, feeding on insects and plants and rarely attacking larger creatures unless it is angered. It has no breath weapon, but its bite carries a venom that lowers both the saving throws and hit rolls by 2 unless the victim makes a successful save vs. poison. A cure disease spell cures this effect. The creature shares with dragons a love of hoarding treasure, but its sense of value is not as fine as its larger cousin; its treasure often consists of broken glass and other shiny trinkets.

Whee! <G>

I'm curious where this is from myself. I have the ko dragon and the Farie dragon along with the pseudo dragon as small dragons. Another one would be really cool.:)

I'm pretty sure that pocket dragons appeared in M2, Maze of the Riddling Minotaurs. M2 was the second solo module for the OD&D boxed set system (after Blizzard Pass, which I think was more widely played). It was for a single player, with pregen characters of about 6th level (although you may have had the option of using your own character, I don't remember). I think pocket dragons were one of three monsters introduced; the others were the obsidian golems and some weird choking incorporeal undead. Although they appeared in the game (which you played with those yellow markers that revealed the invisible ink), they also had stats and descriptions in the back to add replay value.
