The first thing most people notice upon seeing him is the (compartively) huge spear he carries. It is perhaps 5' long - in the hands of a human or high orc, it would be a large weapon. In his hands, it seems over-the-top. But the blade is clearly battle worn, and he carries with ease, so the inherent humor is slightly tempered by caution. The blade of the spear is hooked wickedly, and is clearly designed to hurt people. His head and face are usually shaved daily, to better show off a number of tattoos on the top and sides of his head, and his cheeks. A stylized crystal is tattooed in the center of his forehead. Behind that, a dragon (likely of orcish or half-orc design) covers his head and back of his neck, wings reaching around his head. On each cheek are a pattern of dots and lines that seem meaningful in some way. The rest of his body, where visible, seems tattooed in a similar style. The tattoos, combined with stories of halfling cruelty in general, combine to make a somewhat imposing, though less than approachable, figure. [QUOTE="dead_radish, post: 1865309, member: 5560"] I'm a waffle. I've actually gone over to Halfling as I created the character. The fact that a Half-Giant PsyWar wouldn't be able to get the 2nd level combat prof until at least level 8 changed me over. 7 isn't much better, but it's at least a possibility. And the main Half-Giant benefits (2 pp, act as large) are far less useful in DanMC's system - you can get the same kind of size increase just by taking the prof. feat. ;) Plus, with the powerful build, it's just too amusing to not play them. I have stats here, and the bg is coming soon. I don't know how to calc DR or Defense bonus, so I left those out.
