Do you use minis or counters for spatial representaion while playing?
If it helps, we always used to just wing it. Of course, that meant things like range and areas of effect were pretty rough, and generally involved persuading the DM that something could reach the "X" doodled on the scrap of paper that we were using to show about where people were.gfunk said:I always wondered how people play games w/o battlemats or graph paper and pogs/minis of some sort.
