What is the capacity of a Portable Hole? The DMG gives a really vague and unusable figure (6x6x10). I have no idea how to translate weapons, armor, or coins into cubic feet (in fact, I seriously doubt there are many DMs out there who could, that and it would cause unnecessary lag during a game to figure such things), so how much can a Portable Hole really carry?

For the most part? Don't worry about it too much unless you plan on putting water in there or something where the volume is especially important - a 6-foot diameter circle, 10 feet deep, is about the cargo capacity of a standard cargo van (one with no back seats); you can actually fit a fair amount into such a space... although it might take an age to get something specific out (it opens up into a space of those dimensions - it doesn't hold a number of objects totalling that much volume) unlike with a Handy Haversack.
But really - it's a 20,000 gp item that's not particularly useful in most combat situtations (where min/maxing is commonly focused) - be lienient.
