Using the PHB's spells as a measuring stick, ANY teleportation should be 4th level or higher, precedence Dimension Door. This also can move countless people with the 1 minute per level duration. Heck, the closest spell to this is Gate and not even Gate can allow same plane, only works for round per level AND Gate requires concentration.Another thing about this spell is it vastly reduces the danger to the PC who otherwise would be Climbing or Flying alone and vulnerable while the allies were a distance away.Most potent thing though is the users can go back through the portal. If it was opaque and one way, it would be a LOT less potent.</blockquote>
