Anyone know how to contact about this?

You can send an email to eBay pointing out that this is an illegal transaction. You should also send an email to WOTC customer service.

Also, read this guys 'note to ebay' near the bottom fof the page.

This is what is known in the industry as "a bald-faced lie".

I've reported it as well (or tried to - I can never tell with eBay!)

EDIT - Just had a message from them thanking me for my concern and assuring me it will be fully (but confidentially, alas) investigated.

I reported this to E-Bay as well. I tried to report it to Wizards of the Coast, but when I go through their maze-like "Help/Contact Us" system and I use the "E-Mail Us" tab, it tries to search the knowledge base for answers to my question. Of course, I'm not actually asking them a question, so it doesn't know what to do.

So, screw that. I have little patience for stuff like that. If I want to contact the company, I should not have to jump through fiery hoops to do that. Particularly when I'm just trying to help them out.

Go to Wizards.com.

Click on "Corporate Info" on the sidebar.

Click on "Contact Info" on the sidebar. It'll redirect you to a pseudo-message board page.

Click on the "Email Us" tab.

At this point, I think you have to make a login for their support page, but after that I think you can actually send an email to customer support.

You know, the guy might just be selling the SRD of monsters.

If that's the case, AFAIK, he's perfectly able to compile and sell that.
