Your three class feat needs to be scrapped. I don't want to say I came up with the concept because I didn't but I have been pushing throughout the design process of PF to get the multi-classing rules tweaked. My solution was to simply add 1/2 levels to all class features up to a maximum of double (that is the important part you forgot). Later on I decided that multi-classing should work just as it has for many years but making a feat that gives a boost to those who want to multi-class and not be lame is well within the purview of the game. So, I made it a feat. On the PF forums there was a big debate about whether +1/3 level or +1/2 levels should be added to the class features of characters. This is still debatable, I favor +1/2 because it is easy to figure and it approaches at the top end where the traditional band-aid PrC would be. An interesting option would be to give +1/3 or even +1/4 normally without a feat and then with the feat give the two classes +1/2. I also only give the virtual class feature level bonus to two classes with the feat but allow for the feat to be taken multiple times. So if you have two classes and the feat you are peachy but if you add a third class and want the +1/2 level bonus from both your other classes you would have to take the feat twice more to get all the levels to stack up (once for each pair of classes). For obvious reasons the virtual level bonuses do not stack! If you would like to see my feat it is in my house rules here.
