I'm not sure where the armories are but try googling the RAF, SAS, Royal Marines, etc...Another possible scenario is to get to one of the sparsely populated islands and see if it avoided infection, or just wipe out the crazies there, then hole up there for the winter. Or if they are sufficiently ruthless, one of the bigger islands like the isle of wight or mann. How did this infection spread, and how did they avoid it? Other places that might have been sufficiently isolated as to avoid infection are the oil platforms in the north sea and the islands like the hebridies. And (not that it's handy or anything) how about the antarctic research base?</blockquote>
