Agreed and would also say/suggest that the amount of times you can use it is based upon Ability Score Modifier/Proficiency Score. And that it scales via Cantrip Damage scaling.

Crikey. That’s a lot of house rules. I only really three or four in the games I run. That must have been some piece of work to do.
