Being generous there was time for using the feat perhaps once; when the fight is over manifests Read thoughs again (saves another pp) Julianna manifests Thiken skin as problems atart again, using just 1 pp so she couldn’t have used Power build.Net gain (so far) Boog 2 power points, Juliana 0.</blockquote>
