Second World Simulations released a 12 page preview of the Lightning Warden prestige class for the Second World Sourcebook.
This preview covers the Lightning Warden prestige/advanced class as well as the rules for Warden classes, eight of which are included in the full book. Wardens embody a core principle of the world and one can develop a wide range of abilities based off that principle by either taking levels in the appropriate Warden class, through the use of feats, or via a combination of both methods. The Lightning Warden taps into the raw elemental power of electricity, lightning, and the storm. The other Warden classes include Dream Warden, Feral Warden, Flesh Warden, Metal Warden, Motion Warden, Shadow Warden, and Vector Warden.

The Second World Sourcebook bridges the gap between a world using the d20 Modern rules and a fantasy world using the standard d20 system. It provides a dual-world multi-genre setting and explores themes both dark and fantastic.
The Second World Sourcebook will be available in December. It will be distributed to the book and hobby trade by Osseum Entertainment.
