Mystic Eye Games is growing and we need your help.
We are seeking a couple of contracted folks to add to our growing team. Please see below:
Editor:
We are looking for additional editors for our products. This individual must have comprehensive knowledge of the d20 system and a proven track record of solid editing.
Contracts are negotiated on the individual strengths and industry background of the candidate.
Lead Writer/ Line manager:
As we expand our various product lines we need additional assistance in driving particular branded products.
Currently, we are seeking individuals with a strong d20 background, great writing skills, and an outstanding work ethic as well as some product management background.
The selected candidates will take on a specific line. At current, the available lines are: Foul Locales, Arcane Mysteries, Dragonstar Licensed Adventures, The Hunt: Fall of Man, and a yet to be announced non-d20 related project series.
One individual will be selected for each of the above lines should we find a good fit for them. The responsibilities of this individual will be as the head writer and line/brand manager. This person will oversee the growth and direction of the line, the expense projections (budget) and revenue, and some of art direction for the line as well as planning future titles through the core writing team or our partners.
The individual will be compensated on a pay per word basis for their own efforts as lead writer as well as gain a profit percentage for the success of the brand.
Each position will be negotiated based on the strength of the individual candidates.
