Make note cards for the monsters.  This makes flipping between pages of the Monster Manual and the NPC section a thing of the past and also speeds combat up.  You can also keep the cards and use them later if similar monsters pop up.2. Photocopy all the maps and try to cut them out by room number and then tape them to a blank sheet of paper as the party explores the rooms.  Trying to make the party map out some of the larger sections would take forever.</blockquote>
