Do you know of a prestige class that gives full arcane spell progression (at least in first level) and a bonus feat or a fighter bonus feat (in first level) for a single level dip?

If you provide the feat you plan on taking with it, there might be a prc that gives the exact feat. Other than that, I think you're out of luck.

Olin Gisir (LEoF) is worth checking out if you are an elf or half-elf, have a Int modifier of 7 or greater, and obtain your Iron Will feat from the otyugh pit in Complete Scoundrel.

What he said. For example, if you wanted a bonus metamagic feat (instead of a bonus feat) there's the Incantatrix (if you have Iron Will). If you simply wanted Weapon Focus, there's the War Wizard (requires some crappy metagmagic feats).

I forgot he probably already has a PC created. If you had specialized in Abjurer you don't lose another school.

Thanks. I've solved the issue differently (with UA alternate class variant).

Btw, Player's Guide to Faerun states that an Incantatrix has to give up one school, and that a specialist wizard Incantatrix

has three prohibited schools instead of two.
