I like the idea of this, and for the most part it looks pretty good. But, I personally think it's too specific. It seems created around one character (which you said it was), especially with the specific references to two-longswords or one bastard sword. What about a Greatsword? Or two bastard swords? I also don't like the requirement on forging your own weapon. I personally have a fighter character that worships what he believes are the spirits of swords - honoring any death by a sword, and vowing to never use another weapon. But he doesn't make swords. So he, although fitting almost perfectly with the rest of this class, could not advance past 3rd level. Also, if he forges and names his own weapon, he would obviously revere and/or love it. But what if he has been given a magical sword? One better than any he could ever create? I think that rather than being required to forge one on your own, you should be required to have a meaningful sword, that could be forged on your own, given to you by a god, or other means (obviously left to DM discretion). And as for Unrivaled Edge granting +1 STR...that could be almost completely useless for many characters if their base stat is even. I don't think any ability like this should grant an odd number (although that is one thing I dislike about the 3.5 system...but that's not for this topic). Although if you had it increase by another +1 at a later time, that would be completely relevant. I also think that the two-weapon fighters taking this PrC should not be forced to have higher requirements than one-weapon fighters. They already have to take more feats just to be able to efficiently use the weapons. However, if you insist on having the requirement there, then perhaps they should be allowed to not have another requirement. Or perhaps one-weapon fighters should have an extra requirement. OR, you could scrap it and simply add a Dex requirement. That fits the basic idea of the class I think. Last thing - what are the good saves? Fort, I would assume, but would Reflex be there as well? I'd assume so since they gain Evasion and seems so dexterity-oriented.
