Prestige Class Question

Since I really can't stand any of the PrC's in the core book, is it overly difficult to convert the older ones to the new rules? I have the Paizo conversion book, but I haven't even read over it yet (since I don't have a group for PF -- yet!).

It's usually a piece of cake. Fix hit dice to match the BAB. Convert skills . Reduce required skill ranks for prerequisites by 3. Tweak the saves. Ideally, you should look to see if a 10-level class has a cool 10th level ability, and if not, think about supplying one, but that is of course optional.
