The person has to A) Cast clerical spells, and B) lost a level to a draining undead.You don't go 'Hey, I'm going to pick a fight with a Wight so I can get this PrC'. You need to talk to your DM. Look at that PrC from Song and Silence; the spider-rogue one. You enter that by picking up a magical item and making it work. Not much for an organization there.</blockquote>
