Also, am I right in assuming, based on what you've presented here, that the Creator can just so happen to create a truckload of Potions of Cure Serious Wounds or Potions of Magic Vestments (20th-level caster even) each day, using them on the spot for free without needing to make them permanent? Infinite healing and buffing for free each day? Oh, sure, his CP total will limit him a bit at low levels in the Creator class, but overall it won't really impede his potion and scroll mass production. The Creator can make and use Potions and Wondrous Items and such without Use Magic Device checks, right? So no arcane/divine difficulties there..... Overall I think the class may have too many loopholes, too much versatility, and just plain too much power, even if it is generally restricted to a ton of lower-level magical effects. Not sure if it's far too much power/versatility or just slightly too much power, but the class has fine spellcasting ability, several permanent magical effects, mediocre basic stats, plus their potent/versatile Creation ability.....

[QUOTE="Arkhandus, post: 1875185, member: 13966"] The class is interesting, at least. However, Creation ability aside, there would be no reason for any spellcaster to NOT take this prestige class. Full spellcasting progression, decent HD and skills, medium BAB, decent proficiencies, etc. Only the fact that Creation requires them to devote all or nearly all their highest-level spell slots to the Creation ability at all times balances this out at all, and still not quite well enough; the Creation ability is too powerful I think with its lack of GP or XP costs; it only costs XP to make things permanent, and no more XP than if they were using item creation feats. Also, I think this means that they could create an infinite number of 100%-free mundane things like greatswords and such, and sell them for obscene profits because it only costs the Creator 1 or 2 XP to make such an item permanent. Likewise with potions or scrolls of 0-level spells, and even 1st-level spell scrolls or potions will cost only a few XP to make permanent, though they usually wouldn't need to be made permanent unless the Creator intended to sell them for said-obscene-profits. I don't believe your description notes how long the items last though if they aren't made permanent..... Better add such details. Also, am I right in assuming, based on what you've presented here, that the Creator can just so happen to create a truckload of Potions of Cure Serious Wounds or Potions of Magic Vestments (20th-level caster even) each day, using them on the spot for free without needing to make them permanent?
