Dragon 357
This month’s issue delves into the deep wilderness, with articles on arcane botanica, falconry, hunting dogs, and primitive totems. The Demonomicon of Iggwilv turns its blasphemous attention to Demogorgon, the Prince of Demons, and The Ecology of the Titan sheds new light on one of D&D’s most mysterious (and powerful) creatures.

Dungeon 148
This month’s Dungeon features three exciting D&D adventures including “The Automatic Hound,” a low-level D&D adventure with a gothic horror theme set in a rural farmtown, “In the Shadows of Spinecastle,” which focuses on a daring infiltration of a dangerous town to save a captured spy, and “Wells of Darkness,” the tenth installment in the hugely popular Savage Tide Adventure Path, in which the heroes must seek the aid of long-imprisoned demon lords held captive on the 73rd layer of the Abyss.

As expected, Demogorgon gets the Demonomicon treatment around the end of Savage Tide.

And that issue of Dungeon sounds amazing!

just what i've said all along, of course - 357 is the only one that made sense for him. :)

oh right, yeah that too! Wells of Darkness... well, we know talking to Shami-Amourae is goal #1, but "the aid of long-imprisoned demon lords held captive" implies that there would be others to talk to - Ma Yuan, Dahak, Apep, Areex, Cabiri, Ebulon, Lazbral'thull... (yeah sure, not all are demon lords, but still!)

The real question is what will follow Demogorgon.

Will James continue with the remaining originals (Graz'zt, Orcus, Juiblex, Yeenoghu), go back to finish up the new ones introduced in FC1 (Obox-ob, Pale Night), move on to previously unstatted ones (Cabiri, Lamashtu, etc.), or some combination of these?

I think Graz'zt and Orcus have to be done as there's so many tales to tell about them, but I'd be most interested to see Yeenoghu (I like gnolls) and the enigmatic Pale Night.

Cheers
