I was wondering if someone could help me out with a price for the following item:

Each of these mithril bracers are adorned with an inlay of a golden sword.

These bracers have 3 charges, which are renewed each day at dawn. They allow you to make a Whirlwind Attack, exactly as if you had the feat of the same name. This uses 1 charge. They also allow the wearer to hurl a slashing weapon as per the whirling blade spell (SC 238). This also uses 1 charge.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, haste, whirling blade.
Cost to Create: ? gp, ? XP, ? days.

Sorry, this is gonna be rushed, but as for price:

Whirlwind attack: (min possible level to actually have the feat) x (same) x 50 gp
Whirling blade: (whatever level it is) x (min level to cast it) x 2000 gp

Cost for having more than one ability: multiply the less of the two totals by 1.5 and use as new total.

3 charges: Divide the final total by (5/3, or 1.666...).

That should get you started.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and time to create is 1 day for every 1,000gp of value.
