Blood and sacrifices...... level 1: blood magic- caster can sacrifice a number of hp equal to their con modifier to augment their spells. The HP sacrificed can only be healed by natural means. Augmenting Damage: 1hp per point of damage Save DC: 4hp per +1 Metamagic feat on spell: 8hp per level of augmentation (example still spell is spell +1, so 8hp is sacrificed to augment a spell with still spell, 16 points for still and silent, 24 points for maximize, etc) Level 3: Blood Sacrifice- sacrifice a sentient being to gain heightened spell levels. The heightened spell levels remain with the priest for the amount of days equal to the priest of Caprion level) The number of spell levels that the priest can heighten is HD or level whichever is higher divided by 2. (example: HD4/2=2. Priest casts a level 1 spell and decides to augment it with the heighten spell bringing it to a level 3 spell for purposes of save and dispelling, etc) level 5: Caprion's Favor- The priest may use this ability once every 5 levels of the priest of caprion. (max 3/day) This ability imitates Caprion's Draining Aura. The ability lasts for 1d4 rounds and drains all enemy's within 10 feet of 1d4hp/2 levels of priest (max 5d4). Fort save for half. Half of the damage lost by the enemy partly heals the priest , the other half is taken by Caprion as tribute. Level 10: Caprion's Minion- By sacrificing a sentient being, this ritual creates an undead of the same HD as the sacrificed being. The undead created is treated as Vampire spawn with the Priest as the controller. You may not have more than your CHA modifier in Minions. Level 12: Caprion's Hunger- In order for the priest to gain this ability, the priest must show Caprion that he is as voracious in blood and sacrifice to be worthy of his/her god. The Priest must consume blood equal to his HP within a week of casting this ritual. Once completed, the Priest may use Vamparic touch 2/day draining 6d6. Level 15" Caprion's Blessing- Caprion has seen that the Priest is a very devout follower and has managed to survive despite his other priests trying to sacrifice him. Caprion allows the rtual a time frame of 2 days per level of the Caprion Priest. ---------- I'm just shooting the gun while I have some thoughts in my head, so if anything here doesn't fit, don't use it. And Don't flame me for it being too powerful. I just thought it up, don't really have time to check for balance when I'm at work. :)
