[QUOTE="LuisCarlos17f, post: 9693566, member: 6802378"] (Demiplane of) Dementia Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad. In the beginning of time the primal powers ruled the creation, and the genies obeyed their orders. These were fed up with primal powers' arrogance and cruelty, but they couldn't confront them openly and directly. They devised a plan. They created fabulous magical wonders and placed them in the treasure chambers of dungeons filled with monsters and traps. The genies warned the fairies that these dungeons were very dangerous. Normally, only those who aspired to die with honor or for a chance at a pardon for some crime went to the dungeons. However, sooner or later some group of adventurers ended up acquiring these treasures. The genies were not upset by such successes; they counted on them. Thanks these magical wonders found in the dungeons the mortals and feys learnt the secrets of the magic, and some centuries later a group of fey lords learnt enough magic to face the primal forces. Before being overthrown, the primal powers casted a curse on fey lords who would become the new gods. These in turn would be overthrown by the dragons. In the begining the new gods didn't worry too much for this curse or omen because there weren't dragons, or at least sentient dragons weren't known. Then the dragons appeared, maybe they returned and the primal powers had stopped to block their arrival from other world. The fact is the new gods started to watch the dragons who were too smart and powerful. The genies also suffered the curse to be overthrown by other power but they could trick their fate thanks certain loophole. When the genies found somebody who really deserved their trust and loyalted roleplayed to be defeated by this. Their new ruler also would suffer the same "curse" but this also could be avoided in the same way, faking to be defeated by the next succesor.
