Princess Bride as solo adventure?

Has anyone ever run something like this? I suppose it could work with more people, but it seems like it would fit a solo or duo more.

I have used a lot of characters from this movie but never run this as an adventure

The Princess Bride is basically two parts. The first part is when Westley rescues Buttercup. That might work as a solo adventure. But the 2nd part, when Fezzik, Inigo & Westley storm the castle, that's 2 too many.

I've always thought it would make a good setting for a game.

I think that movies have good settings to use, this one included, but that the plots are basically used up. It is not likely that you can be more successful than what has already happened in the movie. I suppose if you made Buttercup an emerging arcane caster and had the group recruit Miracle Max to join them (as a divine caster), you might be able to have some pretty cool continuing adventures using the main characters. Perhaps Wesley could have some Rogue levels...?
