I recently bought some Privateer Press Warmachine miniatures (Menoith Examplars, actually).

The leader model came without an arm.

I just want to say that once I contacted Privatter Press, I had a response in moments and a replacement arm just a few days later.

The Internet is wonderful, but I sometimes feel that it is too easy to complain online. (I am often guilty of this myself)

Well, I'd like to do my part to buck that trend.

Privateer Press customer service is awesome! If this is how they treat thier customers, I intend to be one for a very long time.

[Easily Expendable]

Aye, they're good people. One of my bane thralls came with the wrong arm and they sent one out practically immediately after I contacted them. With customer service that good I feel they're gonna go a long ways.

P.S. - Their Iron Kingdoms Character Guide comes out this month, 400 pages of lovely warmachine d20 world setting. Can't wait.

My Iron Kingdoms campaign is 9 months old and I am ALL ABOUT that book!!!

The timing (hideously late) actually works out for me, as this book will be released at a time when my attention in the campaign is likely to wane.

Just the shot in the (steam-powered) arm our campaign needs!
