Problems with my CS account

I've been having problems with my CS account since I purchased it some months ago. For one, I don't get the option to create a custom title anywhere in my menus. I can Search, see Who's Online and get the Member List, but Custom Title is nowhere to be found.

Now I also discovered I cannot send PMs.

Could someone look into this, please? Thanks.

Custom title is not directly on the menus.

Go to My Account > Edit My Profile, and scroll down a bit. The Custom User Title is in the Optional Information.

And it sounds like you may have turned PMs off - best check your user options. Let us know if these two replies don't solve things, though.

Hal, when did you purchase it? You have a publisher account, but it occurs to me that your CS account might have disappeared with the crash. If so, I can re-enable it; just let me know when you bought it.

Umbran and Morrus, thanks for your tips, but the options for title and PM are just not showing up. Which leads me to...

'Cat, I got the CS account when it went on sale for $19.95. Purchase date was 5/25/06, transaction id# 0S745203G59896420.

Maybe that's the problem.
