I purchased CC2 Dungeon Designer Pro and CC2 City Designer Pro, but when I hit the "Download" link to DL the products, I'm taken to a page that gives instructions on downloading CC2 and CC3. I have CC2 already. I would like the products I purchased. Giving it a try, I followed the link to the ProFantasy website and entered my product key and order number. For both, it gave back an error stating that the serial numbers were not supported by the download manager, or the serial number was not valid from any online retailer. What do I need to do to get the products I purchased? Any help would be appreciated.
