Message: <blockquote data-quote="Wik" data-source="post: 4981956" data-attributes="member: 40177">Geez.  I wish you could be more specific, too.  I've been re-reading Corporate Enclaves lately, and keep finding myself wishing I could run it.  But I know my group, and they wouldn't "grok" it.  I would *love* to see a much more casual version of Shadowrun.  Ideally, something like the BECMI system (from D&D) would be perfect.  Shadowrun "basic" would introduce the core rules, a few corporations, a very basic history... and each subsequent book would introduce a bit more - gangs, smugglers, drug dealers, data havens, and of course rules.  Until finally, you'd end up with something like the finished product.One of these days, I'm going to bite the bullet and play Shadowrun 4E.  It's such an interesting system, and I love how it's presented.  There are a lot of neat options, and I know it could be a lot of fun.  But if a simpler Shadowrun is around the corner, I'd love it.</blockquote>
