She was repeatedly told slang shows disrespect to the people you are speaking it to. Now as an adult, this is her first Major job, they are a Government organization, they need to look professional, but someone placed as their spokesman speaks slang constantly, and that reflects on all of them. Speaking slang is not professional in the slightest, so it is sort of mindboggling to Rachel how Tyrone can brag about heading a department in a major corporation. That is what started Tyrone off on the wrong foot with her, the slang, thats what she means about professionalism, every little thing builds up into an image, and she is not happy about having the team image linked to slang and un-professionalism.</p></blockquote><p></p>
