It's fairly easy with a crossbow, sure - they've got the velocity to do it, but most bows don't.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Yeah, good point. Penetrating Strike was originally a feat that I decided would make a good ranger ability, but I'm not sure how to buff it up. I think it's best used in circumstances were you can get a clear shot at one enemy, but there's another standing behind him. Even then, though, it's more of a trick shot than anything truly useful.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Oh yeah - those are unchanged.
