As to your question - no there isnt - mind wipe is the psionic enervention but there is no permenant one - Apositi (9thlvl) removes psionic powers and Psyhic Cirrugrey (9thlvl) can restore lost levels and powers but not take them. Just make somthin up - prolly undead.</blockquote>
