Monks are also more knowledgeable of Psionics, and study a broader range. they may choose two Psionic Disciplines. They may draw their learned powers from either of these disciplines.</p><p></p><p>A number of times per day equal to half their Manifester level, any character that knows at least 1 0-level power may burn some of their Vitality Points for a single PP. This may be done as a move equivalent action (and therefore up to twice in a round). Psions burn 3 VP for 1 PP; Psychic Warriors burn 4, and Monks and Rangers burn 5.
