Pathfinder 1E Psionics in Pathfinder

Psionics have not been developed by Paizo for Pathfinder.

However, Dreamscarred Press has published rules for Psionics in Pathfinder.

So, officially, are there psionic powers in Pathfinder?

1. According to Paizo?
2. Only "If the DM allows"?
3. Yes, but with the caveat that they are from a Third Party Publisher?
4. Other?

Are Psionics considered "Core"?

Officially, no, there are not psionics yet in Pathfinder. At some point, though, we'll need to make that decision for Golarion (since, traditionally, there ARE psionics in our campaign setting), at which point we'll have to decide if we want to take our own stab at developing official psionic rules for Golarion, if we want to just use Dreamscarred's rules via the OGL in the same way we use monsters from the Tome of Horrors, or if we want to do something else entirely that no one's thought of yet.

In any event, psionics aren't considered core by us. Whether or not your GM considers them core, I can't say. ;-)
