I have Hyperconsciousness and Untapped Potential.In one game there are no psionic pcs but there have been references to psionic tattoo items, there have been psionic monsters using psionics against them, and there are psionic NPCs who have manifested powers.In my other game one PC is an elan gestalt psywarrior/soulknife. They have met a race with an affinity for the telepath psion subclass and psionic tech. One of the PCs is a warforged with psionic flavor in his creation story (made by one of the telepath race). They have encountered some psionic equipment/devices.</blockquote>
