Block sense Telepathy Level: Psion 4 Display: Vi Manifestation time: 1 action Range: Medium (100ft. + 10ft./level) Target: One living creature Duration: 1 minute/level Saving throw: Will negates Power resistance: Yes Power points: 7 This power allows a telepath to send out an intrusive signal that blocks one of the target creatures five senses. Doing so also has its set backs on the target such as blocking its vision means all others are treated as invisible. Each sense has its own set backs with some being tougher than others. Sight is obvious and so is hearing. Touch, smell, and taste though carries check penalties due to the fact that they have no feeling when touching, smelling, or tasting something. For example, using this power on a dog to block its sense of smell would rend its scent ability useless. Barrier vision Clairsentience Level: Psion 4 Display: Vi Manifestation time: 1 action Range: Personal Target: You Duration: 1 minute/level Saving throw: None Power resistance: No Power points: 7 This power allows the psion to see through physical barriers such as stone, metal, and wood. These barriers do not become invisible to the viewer but rather become transparent like a window. The range of this sight is 120ft. This power does not allow one to see illusions, spot trap doors, or locate invisible creatures. It also does not see in darkness better than the psions sight can see and it does not function in the area of a negate psionics power.
