Psychic Warriors - Psychic Chiurgy

Ok, what do you think the value of gaining a psion only power
through psychic chiurgy should be? It costs the psion 3000 xp / power level to give the warrior access to a psion only power... what would you place the gold coin cost at? Notice the psychic warrior in the book apparently learned metaconcert via this method hehe.
Just wondering, because the ability to learn psion only powers forever SHOULD be expensive. but how much so? With the relative weakness of the psychic classes, I've been debating giving a psychic warrior in my campaign a psion mentor, that uses chiurgy to bestow one power on the warrior every time he advances to a level where he picks up a new power level..
kind of a "Pick your new power, oh, and you gain chameleon (+10 to hide) from your master as a bonus for faithfully protecting the community crystal..."

Dunno why. In theory all spells of a level he could manifest should be equal, whether on his list or not. Spell list just give the classes a flavour. It's also quite expensive.

If he didn't want to pay for the cirguery, a +10 UMD item and a wand of the power will probably be much cheaper.

I'll work out an estimated cost later............
