Picking a concrete date.2.) Figuring out logistics such as transportation, total attendees, etc.3.) Deciding exactly what to do.  Visit Disneyland/Knott's Berry Farm?  Go to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament?  Visit a local bar/grill/restaurant (we have pretty much any ethnic food you can imagine here)?  Hang out somewhere and game?  Catch a Mighty Ducks hockey game (if their schedule allows)?  See a movie (too bad the Two Towers release will be the following weekend)?  Go down to the beachfront?  Something else?  We'll decide on the YahooGroup.4.)
