Looks like Avalanche Press takes the cake. I guess Constantinepole's monk(?) didn't appeal and the art editor decided to try another route.

Wow, I've learned two things today:

1) Pirates were really hot.
2) Viking women are so incredibly badass that they will shoot you even if they're dooking. Probably in the face.

Thanks, Avalanche!

Oh, and just what does FHM stand for? Me am slow...

FHM means For Him Magazine....basically a Maxim/Stuff clone.

Are these Avalanche supplements worth anything to game with?? And we wonder why the ratio of male to female gamers is something like 20-1

FHM = For Him Magazine

Aimed at blokes and lads.

After Mialee's recent Nutkinland advert for Avalanche Press I decided their sourcebooks would be just what I wanted for my game... heh heh... unfortunately they don't appear to be available in the UK or on Amazon.com :(

Although I do find it odd that Avalanche use Heavy Metal type art to advertise 'historical' sourcebooks, which apparently are highly accurate to the real historical settings - the art would go much better with Conanesque sword & sorcery fantasy IMO.

I think you'll find FHM was the original and Maxim and more recently Stuff are the clones.

Commonly known as "lads mags" the are like Cosmo but for blokes.
