A specialized class is a step between a basic class and an advanced class. Think of it as a "pre-advanced" class. Its main purpose is to allow a level of specialization in low-level games. This weekend sees the release of <a href="http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=5214&src=ENWorld" target="_blank">the Capable Hero</a> specialized class. Each week will see a new release: the Counter-Terrorism Assaulter prestige class (an updated version of the class presented in Raid on Ashkashem), the Special Operations Marksman prestige class (an updated version of the class presented in the Qalashar Device), the Combat Hero specialized class, the Spec Ops Recce prestige class and the Covert Hero specialized class. People who have purchased Raid on Ashkashem and/or the Qalashar Device will receive an RTF file with the new CT Assaulter and/or Marksman OGC, though it will not include the other elements of the product.September 1 will see the release of the Khorforjan Gambit. This product has been delayed so much I doubt anyone even cares anymore, but we are putting it out to complete the Albenistan Series. We're very proud of this product.
